The Alpinist (2021)

  • Watching someone authentically LIVE their passion was absolutely inspirational.

Sensitive-The Untold Story. Directed by Will Harper (2015)

  • A helpful documentary showcasing the traits of, and brings awareness to Highly Sensitive People.

Music:

Music is subjective, but these bands helped me so much over the years. From pounding my chest to fitting a sunset so perfectly. Each of these bands have a spectrum of feeling and emotion that make their respective work incredible. If you haven’t heard of these bands or artists, please give them a listen.
